Apple has one of the best plataform of any online company. However, Apple seems to be moving futher away from service its customers. The company drop Aperture leaving hundres of professional photographer frustraded. Now, in another bad moved is making harder for customers to delete images. 

Apple is pushing its Cloud storage service with allows customer to rent online space.

Each Apple costumer gets 5GB of free space. Usually a good print request a big file and photos and videos files usually takes a lot space. If customers has trouble deleting files, Apple ended renting more space.

These would result in customers having to pay extra to storage images they might no longer want. Although the problem is well know ,there is relatively not information online regarding the issue.
